The new subway link connects the River Centre Convention
facility with many downtown St. Paul amenities. The newly renovated
public library, skyway system with restaurants and hotels, as well
as street level access to the Ordway and Landmark Center are all
a part of the subway's design concept for providing greater access
to the lively St. Paul environment. The summer outdoor activities
and the Winter Carnival, will now be connected to parking facilities
and entertainment venues including the Xcel Center.
