Blue Cross Blue Shield of Minnesota

The Yankee Place facility and Blue Cross University renovations included both interior and exterior remodeling. The Yankee Place facility's goal was to implement a theme of natural materials throughout the building and provide relief spaces for employees. One of the design goals in each building was to invent an outdoor space for group meetings and program events. Blue Cross University central gathering space is directly connected to an outdoor room. A glazed corridor links the two halves of the building enclosing the landscaped courtyard.
